Born
in southern California, Scott Alan Heide grew up in the West.
From
California to Flagstaff, Arizona, to the beautiful Bitterroot
Valley of
Montana, Scott has a wide range of life experiences in different
geographical areas of the American West. He currently resides
in central Arizona, making Prescott his home. |
A
graphic designer by trade, a photographer and artist in his spare
time, Scott has a keen eye for composition. He has more than 25
years experience in graphic design, and marketing and his work
is seen in magazines, newspapers, brochures, signs, and newsletters
and on the world wide web.
Scott serves the local art community as part of the Prescott Fine
Arts
Association’s, (PFAA), Visual Arts Committee. He is also
involved with
PFAA’s Marketing Committee Design Team, as one of several
graphic designers.
Scott was instrumental as co-curator of the exhibit, “The
Mature Eye: A Fresh Focus,” at PFAA’s gallery during
early 2008. He also serves as one of the three co-founders of
the Yavapai Digital Art and Foto Club. A love of the natural world,
still life, and the creative power of imagination combined with
his exuberant curiosity and life experiences have shaped the content
of Scott’s body of artistic work and imagery. |
